Tech Xchange is designed for 1099 independent contractor technicians specializing in PDR (Paintless Dent Repair), hail damage repair, collision estimating, and vehicle teardown services. You must operate as an independent contractor in the USA or Canada.
Once you subscribe and complete your profile, you're automatically listed in the Tech Directory. Facilities using Viper can search for technicians by skill type, location, and availability. Keep your profile updated and your availability status current to maximize visibility.
Payment terms are set by each facility. Tech Xchange provides line-item tracking so you can see exactly what you're earning on each job. When you mark a job complete, the facility's admin is notified for review and approval, triggering their payment process.
Absolutely. As an independent contractor, you have full control. Review each job invite's details including location, vehicle info, expected work, and due dates. Accept the ones that fit your schedule and decline the rest with a single tap.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
